TRS Accounting provides accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services to individuals and businesses. We are located in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TRS Accounting provides:

• Financial statement preparation
• Accounts payable and receivable management
• Bank reconciliations
• Payroll processing
• GST/HST and PST filing
• Year-end slips preparation (T4, T4A, T5)
• Other accounting and tax-related services as agreed

3. Engagement and Scope

Scope of work, deliverables, and fees will be agreed in writing (engagement letter or similar) where applicable. Communications and advice are for the stated purpose and may not be relied upon for other purposes without our written consent.

4. Payment Terms

Fees and payment terms are as set out in our engagement letter or as otherwise agreed. All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Invoices are due as specified; we may suspend services if payment is not received when due.

5. Confidentiality and Data

We keep your information confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy and professional obligations. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRS Accounting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited as set out in any engagement letter or to the amount of fees paid for the relevant service, where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TRS Accounting and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
